    On today's episode I felt compelled to share the divine wisdom I received when I pulled some cards for myself. Growing up Evangelical and really any type of Christianity, we believed ANYTHING that wasn't In the bible and claimed to be spiritual was evil. As I mentioned before I think it's very telling that in the bible only men - and the holiest of them all, were permitted to talk with God. AND of whole bible only 9 women were considered Prophetesses. The rest were demonic and to this day women that are spiritual and receive divine wisdom but aren't Christians are viewed as evil. As you know I think that's horseshit, not to mention the cards are more like introspective prompts and a tool to strengthen your intuition, similar to a sermon or a BOOK where God imparted wisdom to the menfolk.     This episode is for my Queer family, my old church family , and anyone else who is confused with how I reconcile my Bisexuality with my Faith. I received an overwhelming amount of support from friends when I presented my girlfriend on Social Media and very little open opposition. But the post itself inspired two very healing conversations and this very transparent and passionate conversation about the meaning of unconditional love- as was taught by Jesus. Tune in to today's episode with an open mind, an open heart, and be prepared to pause, digest and repeat because my mouth couldn't keep up with my open crown and heart chakra on this live and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about once you hit play. I hope this episode provides solace and relief for those who have a similar story as mine.     This past weekend I sat down with my mother who is a Reverend and we talked about the heavy religious topics that we don't see eye to eye on. She's a reverend and although I too and ordained to perform ministerial duties ( I paid out of STATE tuition for that knowledge BOY!!!) - nonetheless, I do not feel called to "minister" the same way she does. IN ADDITION, the "Try that in a small town video" blew TF up on my social media feeds and I would like to have a clear headed, calm presentation of the responses I am getting on social media and hopefully shed some light for those of you who are completely ignorant at how it would be offensive or why it's problematic. I understand that when you grow up in a small town OR surrounded by people with similar views as you, it is hard to fully grasp the perspective of others. I hope to provide some insight for my white , fair skinned or simply out of the loop friends.
