    Is your Detox hurting you? The correct way to Detox so that your body gets rid of toxins instead of recycles them.

    Episode 003: Do you have unexplained symptoms? Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome may be your problem. A discussion with Nesi Andrews

    Are you suffering from Fatigue, Anxiety or other unexplained symptoms? Does your family and/or doctor think you are a Hypochondriac because your test results are normal? Today I will be speaking with someone who has been suffering for most of her life with unexplained & undiagnosed symptoms. It wasn’t until she found an Integrative doctor that she was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome. Since this diagnosis, her life is being transformed as she systematically works her way towards health. Today’s podcast is about Nesi's sometimes debilitating, oftentimes frustrating medical history. She suffered with unexplained symptoms since she was a teenager. Her allopathic doctor’s were never able to figure out the reason for her symptoms. Her test results would always come back “normal”. Her symptoms were often written off as “a virus” or “it’s in your head”. She has spent most of her lifetime experiencing random, unexplained “bouts” of severe fatigue, anxiety and other symptoms, including an unexplained (then later understood) case of infertility. Between those 3 resources, Nesi began to put the puzzle together. Her symptoms made sense. Her triggers were identified. She is now on her healing journey and she openly shares her experience.     Episode 002: Do you want to be Happy, Joyous & Free AND obtain and sustain a weight loss goal?

    Today in ELM Naturals Podcast we are speaking with a dear friend of mine, Andrea Walsh. I invited Andrea on the show today because she has a hugely successful & inspiring story about how a change in her mindset and knowledge about healthy eating transformed her. Not only did she obtain a healthier mindset and attitude, she lost over 50 pounds and has sustained it for over a year now. The whole experience has changed her life in more ways than she could have ever imagined. This all started when she was feeling down and also feeling hopeless about weight loss, but was introduced to a different type of program through a mutual friend. It is NOT a weight loss program, but a “Healthy Lifestyle Program” called OPTAVIA. The program addresses many areas of health, including diet, mindset, hydration, lifestyle and more.     Episode 001: Exploring Mental Health and Ways to be Transformed

    Our mental and emotional health affects our physical health so it is just as important to find ways to support a healthy mind and attitude as it is to support physical health. In this podcast I had the privilege of having a wonderful conversation with Kimberley Chapman. Kimberley has experienced a lot of trauma in her life. From her experience, she has learned, transformed herself and now taken on the mission to share her experience & wisdom to transform others. Kimberley Chapman is an Intuitive Transmedium, Life Transformational Coach and National Speaker of Public Speakers Association. She is also a Talk Show Host and Podcaster who educates, enlightens, and empowers human beings to awaken to their true authentic selves. She has a show called Wake up with KC. Her goal is to help people understand the true meaning of life and how they are an important part of it. Beginning with childhood and continuing into her adult life Kimberley suffered from emotional, financial, mental, sexual, spiritual, and verbal abuse which sent her on a journey of discovery. She had amazing experiences and came to understand a great many things. This led to study and research that caused an awakening into self-realization and eventually to her transformation evolving into a whole new person. Kimberley’s specialty is teaching others to transform their lives by helping them look at issues and problems in a new perspective and learning new skills and techniques to overcome their issues. She shows them how to become the best version of themselves and live their best life now!  Kimberley has had a successful career as a LMT and Certified Coach for ten years now and is taking her career to the next level. In this episode she also shares a personal experience she is having with her daughter. She explores the origins of her daughter’s mental health issues and discusses ways in which she is treating her daughter to help her overcome her illness.     Episode 000: ELM Naturals Podcast with Leisha Mamera

    I excited to launch ELM Naturals podcast. As a mother with much personal experience in healing myself and my children from several diagnosis' and/or chronic illnesses, I feel much empathy for those that are suffering and do not know what to do.  It is my goal to educate as many people as possible about the radical results you will see in your family's health when you do the detective work, find out the root cause and make changes.   Sadly, most doctors will only prescribe medication to treat symptoms and/or illnesses.  It is my belief that medications are okay in an emergency situation, for acute pain relief or for acute infections, but otherwise, a natural multi-faceted approach will usually seize the results you desire. For me & my family's illnesses, the medications were going to be a last resort.  Fortunately I have had some AMAZING practitioners come along my side and helped us find the root cause of all our symptoms and/or disease.  In all cases, not only did the original problem resolve itself, but so many other symptoms resolved themselves as a result of our changes. This podcast is born out of a desire to help those that are suffering.  It's designed to help mom's help themselves and their families. In this edition I share a little bit our family's story.  Future editions will be either sharing other success stories or connecting you with the experts to empower you to take control of your family's health.   Health is a way of life and learning about it is a journey.  I look forward to you coming along beside me as I guide you to better health for you and your family!
