    What Happens When YOU DON'T Follow the Rules!

    Happy start to another week friends, Again, I want to thank you for continuing to listen. It means the world to me as my goal is to help others who need the support system! I didn't have it.... so let's make sure you do!  Do you follow the rules?  This weeks episode is about what happens when you do NOT follow the RULES!  When I think about this I think about my twinsie daughters (and also it being national daughter's day as well). One of my daughters, Charlotte, is a rule follower and does not like to get into trouble. The other daughter, Annabelle, is... well... let's just say... she has her own free-will. Annabelle will do as she pleases... You may wonder what about me? I'm a little of both. I follow the rules until I see they are not in the best interest of others. Then I begin to slowly and politely make a stand and stop following the rules.  Well when it comes to WLS you just simply have to follow the rules. But, let's be honest, we all don't. So when it comes to WLS I'm still a little of both my daughters, rule follower and rule breaker.  Do you follow the rules?     Post-Op: The Month of Hell

    Hello friends,  This is it... the month of HELL! I was not able to podcast for a whole 28 days.
