    A career can take surprising turns, and so can a life. Over three decades he rose through media sales leadership roles before launching a new chapter as a fractional VP of Sales and CRO. Aaron and Dave dig into why sales is a craft rooted in listening, how solution selling balances trust with results, and the pivot to fractional leadership later in a career.
