Hello and welcome to my podcast! This is my very first podcast. Today I will be talking about the stigma surrounding mental health, specifically depression and anxiety when it comes to adolescents. I’ve asked my lovely friends Jadyn Moore and Madison Beaulieu to join me on this podcast to talk about some of my findings as well as have a raw conversation about them.
