So let's get started!! I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario to Portuguese Immigrant Parents. My father opened his first business in Toronto, local Grocery shop in 1974, which is still open but no longer family owned. So to say entrepreneurial runs in my blood would be correct!!! I have 7 siblings & I'm the youngest, so yup that makes me lucky #8! Health & Wellness has been a passion of mine for decades! It just made sense to make the career move. As a Health Coach, Aromatherapist with a background in herbs, I strive to educate holistic health modalities for overall optimal health!
