At Gateshead Carers, we have our own befriending service to give unpaid carers and those they care for, an opportunity to change their usual daily routines and to have a chat with a new friend. Along with Carer Wellbeing Facilitator Paul, we discuss how important the befriending service has been during the Covid-19 pandemic and how carers in Gateshead can get involved with us!
