Brilliant twist on your self-admitted procrastination – “How’s your resolution going?” Love the 20-pound resistance story. Yikes. Glad you didn’t do some serious damage, Michael! Mark Twain’s quote about quitting smoking is so applicable, Rob. It’s always been one of my favorites. Though I don’t smoke, it’s sadly applicable to many other things I can quit anytime or for that matter start anytime! The heart of your podcast, in my mind, were six small things that can change my life: Make goals particular to me; make them specific and write them down; start with small, measurable steps; determine start and stop dates; and don’t tell anybody. I now know how to move forward, starting today. And I now know how not to fall into the 46% who give up. Thank you!!! I’ve come to believe we all experience mental wellness to some extent, echoed in your psychiatrist’s recommendation to do something for yourself. How refreshingly simple. Thank you both for your thoughtfulness and insight – I learn something new every time I listen to your podcast, and I suspect mine isn’t the only life you’re changing. ;-)

Michael Lee and RB’s Gen X and Boomer perspectives are valuable. They are easy to listen and learn from.

This is a great podcast. Both of the hosts are excellent and engaging in their own way and the topics are wonderful. This podcast can appeal to a lot of different types of people which is great. Keep on Goin five stars ⭐️
