    Home Clean and declutter Get natural sunlight Background Music (Playlist Link) Work Good relationship with co-workers (stay out of drama) Have a good work mindset (expect a good day) Decide your reaction to known problems ahead of time Friends Your friend circle should always respect and support your decision. They should also keep you in check You shouldn't leave social hang outs drained you should be energized Unfollow people on social media that are affecting you in real life
