The intention each time is a little different, but this framework offers the opportunity for growth in our friendship while prioritizing respect and boundaries individually.     We're coming in hot with a a new episode that delves into one of the worst friendship experiences: Being dropped by a friend group. Whew, anyone else cringe just thinking about this? While this is something that we might have experienced more frequently growing up, this dynamic still persists into adulthood and even though we're older and wiser, being left out still hurts just as much.
