    On this episode of Health Findings in Focus our Investigator Dr. Sridharan Raghavan talks about his recent paper, “A multi-population phenome-wide association study of genetically-predicted height in the Million Veteran Program”. The paper draws on data from the VA Million Veteran Program, which is a national research program to learn how genes, lifestyle, and military exposures affect health and illness.     Today we meet with Dr. Heather Gilmartin to find out what Relational Coordination at the VA is all about.  But just some background for those getting to know RC: Relational Coordination is a mutually reinforcing process of communicating and relating for the purpose of task integration. Relational Coordination has been shown to improve team performance and high reliability through improved communication and relationships within and between teams.
