EARLY BIRDS #10: THE PASSING OF TIME

EARLY BIRDS #10: THE PASSING OF TIME How we spend our energy, focus and attention directly affects how we perceive the passing of time. Bonding with your special someone can make 6 hours feel like a fleeting moment of bliss. Every second is savored as though it could be your last. Whereas waiting for a connecting flight to take you home can feel like an eternity, as Reggie puts it “It’s all about the investment of time into what you value”. YOUR VALUES; are what make you into you. They are your fundamental beliefs that guide your actions, motivations and behaviors throughout your life. You may ask “WHY SHOULD I GIVE A F**K ABOUT VALUES, WE ALL ON EARTH AND WE ALL WILL DIE ONE DAY, WHY DOES IT MATTER.” “Because unless you plan to end yourself in the next 5 seconds, you will spend the rest of your life interacting with your environment, the people around you and their habitats… You’d think it useful to understand what in this massive world is important to you??? Of course you could always live a life of responsibility free bliss drugged out your mind with a VR headset one tuning you permanently into fantasy land… That way you are nice and controllable, unlikely to stir up political trouble or cause a fuss, just how big government want you. What do you value? Money? Honesty? Loyalty? Integrity? Time? Have you ever taken a moment to question what it is that you actually value. Then see how your daily actions feed or starve your own values. Once you know this, you will have an easier time (pun) being able to allocate the precious hours, minutes, seconds of your day. EARLY BIRDS #9 GRATEFUL DAYS MAKE GREAT DAYS

It’s so easy to look at a sunny day and complain about a single cloud in the sky A plate full of food in front of you and firstly notice the lack of salt or the speck of hair on the side. A beautiful motor car could drive by yet if it had an ugly person driving it we may scold the person for their genetic mis fortune. These and 1000 other examples of finding ways of seeing negative in positive. What if each day we did our very best to try not focus on all the bad and instead found every reason to be grateful, happy and encouraged for the day ahead. Smile, laugh and strive to become a better person! #music #musicvideo #musica #musically #ride #car #reggie #monk #patternsinparadise #pip #awareness #create #work #sun #sunrise #mindset #nature #mind #mindfulness #smallbusiness #podcast #media #live #audio #make #makemoney #you #me #instadaily #cyprus

EARLY BIRDS #8: SUNSHINE BEATS

HOW IS IT BEST TO GET YOUR DAY STARTED: Each person has their own ways to crank up the day to high revs. Getting into that deep flow state of efficient work that allows ridiculously High levels of work to be accomplished. Your first hours are the foundation of the rest of the day. How you prime yourself with thoughts, sounds, sights and actions helps to set Up everything else that follows. We want to ask you PIPSTERS what kind of music gets you psyched and ready to take on the challenges ahead of you. Is it a certain playlist, Genre? Artist? A certain emotion you get? It's valid to ask these questions to find out what best fits you. Why do we listen to music in the first place To say the type of music one listens to does not affect a person’s mental state is a misnomer. Every sound, smell, taste, feeling and sight acts as sensory input to our brains. Our brains take this data and figure out what it all means… A vast proportion of the input we receive our brains Reticular Activation System regards as unimportant and either discards or relegated to the unconscious mind to sort out or otherwise. When it comes to choice of music however, this is where it can’t be underestimated how vital it is to be aware of what you are listening to. We are not trying to tell you what to listen to or what not to. WE ARE SAYING THAT IT IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST TO LEARN TO BE GENUINELY CURIOUS AS TO WHAT MUSIC CAPTIVATES, FEEDS, MOTIVATES AND ELEVATES YOUR MIND, BODY AND SOUL. Is it an artist whose life story you relate to, is it a genre whos beat is unmatchable, or a poetic movie score that stokes the fires of your soul. Music can be an incredible tool for you to become a better person, and learning how to start your day on a good note(mind the pun), Could be the difference between an altogether awesome day and a bitter, mediocre and milksop day. EARLY BIRDS #7 :BACK INTO ACTION

We had to to take a break, figure some things out within our own lives, Topic of the day, HOW OFTEN DO WE ACT SUPER LAZY ON WEEKENDS. Rise and shine on the hardest days. What kind of willpower and self control does the average person possess on a Sunday morning. Every reason and excuse to sit back and not care about the day. "I've worked so damn hard for my day off, busting my ass to finally be able to enjoy a day to myself." "I'm entitled to a day off, surely I deserve that, who are you to act like you spend your sunday better than I?" Without judgement, critisism or condescention, we ask you this simple question, are you making the most out of this day off? If you have any goals for yourself or vision for the future, is it an idiotic suggestion to propose that a day off could be used for a huge deal of good? We ask you to consider for a moment, is your life going exactly how you want it to. Is there any area of you life where you feel stuck, trapped, jammed or otherwise hindered? Einstein said, you cannot use the same level of thinking that created a problem to solve it. Is it crazy to think that in the few hours that you have away from work each week, that your decisions matter more than you know. Imagine the frightening thought of waking up and getting out of bed at nine am in the morning on a saturday and sunday. Where you actually give yourself the chance to make the best out of your day. Instead of waking up at 1 pm and automatically kicking back to watch tv,taking this time to build your life. It all starts with the belief deep down inside that you can change your life for the better if you know what you are aiming for and you why this matters to you. Sleep in for an extra 2 hours!, instead of waking at 7am typical work time, go till 9am. But get your ass out of bed and start chasing your passions...the things that actually matter to you. #music #musicvideo #musica #musically #ride #car #reggie #monk #patternsinparadise #pip #awareness #create #work #sun #sunrise #mindset #nature #me #you #insta #sunset #joy #happy #grind #hustle #entrepreneur #business #money #wealth

EARLY BIRDS #6: UNLIMITED ENERGY, BADASS COMMITMENT, HARDCORE HEALTH

REGGIE AND MONK were still hanging on a Tuesday from a ferocious sesh that occurred on the night of EARLY BIRDS 4. Two days into the week and the after effects of the weekend were still in effect... We delve into what someone can do to help them stay in tip top shape and recover energy for the next day's work and activities. After work activities can include everything from playing a sport, attending a book club, joining a gym, meditation, watching series, getting high on weed or getting drunk on booze. We want to explore today how someone can use their time after work as effectively as possible to unwind and relax without getting hammered and suffering the consequences of a hangover or wasted evening on the next day's work. Let's take sports as an example, You cannot understand and appreciate the long term effects of doing pilates, yoga, martial arts or any other exercise that involves flexibility, stretching and agility until you actually do it. When you wake up on a daily basis and your entire body feels fresh and rejuvenated, how does that improve in small ways every other aspect of your day??? 1000 tiny improvements with your body and mind lead to a tremendous improvement in the overall wellness of your being… Likewise, what is the effect of having a weekend hangover that spills over onto the weekdays, it just makes a mess of everything, and reduces your efficiency. A bad Monday increases the possibility of a bad Tuesday and the domino effect continues. One of the best ways to allow yourself to unwind after a day's work is ensuring that you already have a head start on the events of tomorrow.; Having food prepared and prepacked in a container to take with, Setting out tasks for tomorrow the day before and reflecting back on the day you had allowed your subconscious to begin implementing problem solving for tomorrow giving you a tremendous head start. MOST IMPORTANT 3 TASKS OF THE DAY!!! List these down at the beginning of the day….. As well as leaving space for additional notes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRv_nJ0jpLg episode 10 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4g-KRSxWdg4 episode 11 PRESENT, PAST AND FUTURE… Planning your tomorrow, reflecting on the day and living in the present combines the three modes of time. HAPPINESS THAT COMES THROUGH COMPLETING AND FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH ONE'S GOALS, LEADS TO SELF INTEGRITY AND SET FOR TOMORROW'S SUCCESS. “THE GREATEST SALESMAN IN THE WORLD- OG MANDINO” I will persist until I succeed… Finishing our affairs for the day, the value of pushing that extra 1% in the day. When your very identity and core is based around being he/she who gets all their stuff done no matter what. Imagine the superpower of being able to create limitless energy within yourself to continue pursuing your goals, ambitions and aspirations no matter the cost of personal energy. Time to decide, what do you stand for and what are you willing to do to achieve your goals…. Do you even have goals set out??? The seeds of tomorrow are planted in the fields of yesterday. An old African Proverb says “ The best time to start was 30 years ago, the next best time to start is now”. We are what we think about, act, feel and believe on a daily basis. PIP EARLY BIRDS #5 THE CALM, THE STORM AND THE AFTERMATH

How do you recover from an extremely hard weekend of partying, lack of sleep, dehydration... We don't have any experience with this nor do any of our associates, friends, colleagues and buddys... It's useful to know however... just in case one stumbles upon a mad rave with a music video being recorded... What do you do? Water, fruits for vitamins and minerals, rehydration salts bought at any pharmacy, paracetamol, a hearty meal and a few prayers for good measure. We made tremendous connections this weekend, going up and down talking to every person At a music event up in the mountains where a music video was being created by our friends. It was a glorious weekend with great laughs, fun, banter and joy to be shared. We also connected with @jen_j_now who we filmed a podcast with @manlikeallaninho about sex, biology and our natural bodily processes, avoiding STD's covering Sexual preferences. All in all a good night, however one where Monk wandered off into nowhere for 3 hours and couldn't be found. Forgot everything and then when found snapped back to consciousness and next morning remembered nothing. Guys drink responsibly, it's not worth getting yourselves hurt and injured... except to please women and impress your friends. Also you can attain a special "DARWIN AWARD" for dying in stupid and amusing ways.. and you definately dont want to end up posted there. " Also its not a pleasant feeling to NOT know what happened this weekend. BELIEVE IT, SEE IT, DO IT - PIP11 #5HIGHLIGHT

SUPERPOWERS LIE DORMANT BEHIND YOUR VEIL OF LIMITING BELIEFS. IF YOU CAN DREAM IT YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT - ZIG ZIGLAR Envisioning the goal that you have set out is the most powerful skill leading to manifestation. Believing in oneself to the point where you have no doubt that you will achieve the task at hand, no matter how many facts people throw at you. Like saying “the stats show that someone of your caliber and skill set is not usually on the side of completion”, thank you for boosting my morals and desires to prove you wrong because now I KNOW for damn sure I will complete this task. Being in this frame of mind is what unlocks the new realm of insane human abilities allowing us to seem inhumane. Giving yourself the chance to take alternate routes of completing this task is what creates this BEAST inside us, through manifestation, belief, hope, trust and physical results. You will find it much harder to implement pillars of structure in your life. Unless you are willing to consider different ways of learning, and adapting new information to past problems. Planning has the effect as well of putting your subconscious to work to figure out solutions before hand and develop a strategic and tactical mind.

COMPLETE BODILY CONNECTION A BRO-SCIENCE MASTERCLASS: PIP #11 HL4

Being able to understand the capacity of our brains has been a continued topic a discussion point that, to this day no scientist have conclusive results to show exactly how much of our brains we use on a daily basis as an average. We are able to conduct multiple tests to understand the level of brain activity during certain events by introducing specific thoughts, scenarios and multiple other stimuli. The most common tests are CAT scans alongside MRI which both indicate alternative brain levels of activity. Reggie and Monk both attempt to unveil the uniqueness of our brains and how to actively stimulate certain parts of our cognitive minds to progressively increase the brain's capacity.
