Dr. Shannon, a Prenatal Chiropractor and Doula Rachael a Birth Doula and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator are excited to bring you meaningful conversations and interviews about topics surrounding pregnancy and birth to motherhood and the importance of a healthy body and mind through it all.
