    Episode 2: Food Waste Around Earth

A pretty large dish for a small world - food waste is a very costly and multifaceted problem which is irrespective of a country's development, or even socioeconomic factors of individuals. We discuss the solutions that can help solve food waste: from the agricultural and industrial processing stages to the household consumption stage.     Episode 1: The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Learning Environments and Systems

    Hey Everyone! This is the first episode of the Global Awareness Podcast, with your hosts Angelo and Omar. In this episode, they talk about the impact of COVID-19 on learning environments and systems, and mainly focus on the switch and prominence of online learning. They also talk about how COVID-19 has affected academic systems, like semester systems becoming into quarter systems. Angelo and Omar give their experiences in online learning since April 2020, and they talk about the pros and cons of online learning. Angelo and Omar also share others' experiences of both online learning and in-person learning and how it has affected them.
