    NINTENDO E3 - NEW GAMES!!!

    On June 15th, Nintendo presented trailers and new game content for the rest of 2021 (and part of 2022). This podcast discusses Gabe and Kalan's thoughts and expectations on the games presented. The games and DLCs discussed were Smash Brothers: Kazuya, Emotional Supernatural Tales, Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy, Worms Rumble, Two Point Campus, Super Monkey Ball, Mario Party Superstars, Metroid (Dread), Just Dance (2022),  the Ultimate Dragon Ball Z Experience, Mario Golf, Monster Hunter Stories, Wario Ware, Danganronpa Decadence, Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water, Doom Eternal, Mario and Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, and Breath of the Wild 2 (information).

    Video Game Review - MiiTopia vs Minecraft (Guest Dad Argues Tetris Rocks)

    Have you ever wanted to be a pop star? A mage? A horse? A chef? Or, maybe even a thief? Well, in the world of MiiTopia you can do just that! In the beginning, you have a crew of characters to design and the character's relationships help determine your strength as a group. Visit an Inn where your team can rest and prepare themselves for the next level. The music alone on this game is worth the wait! Beating bosses is still the same and if you get tired, you can go fishing.  The second game reviewed is Minecraft. Nothing better than a 2D boxed world with the ability for ultimate creativity. This sandbox game allows its users to create anything their imagination is capable of. Minecraft earned an award in 2020 for the most sold game that existed. Both Gabe and Kalan stated that if they had to pick between the two games, they would pick Minecraft because "it is a legend".

Gabe and Kalan (a teen with Autism and a teen with Type 1 Diabetes) review the game's stages, explorations, building achievements, as well as their favorite activity (destroying bosses). Listen and find out what you could love about Terraria! Ever played hangman? Well, now you can take hangman off his noose and use him to destroy your enemies! Kalan and Gabe explain how such a simple character and stages could be so fun! Guns, knives, and snakes fall from the sky and players use these to provoke and get rid of their enemies. Join us for 40 minutes of game review and find out if the money parents shell out for each video game is truly worth it!
