    Psalm 139 - God’s Perfect Knowledge of Man

    Psalm 139⁠ is a request from Adam, a dear brother in Christ. David sings about how much God knows him and even made beautiful plans for David when he was in his mother's womb. He sings about how much our Lord cares for him, and that, despite the hardships in his life, he knows that God will take care of him. David is in awe and is grateful. You can see in the later verses where the Lord is so dear in David's heart to the point where David would not turn a blind eye to any insult to his God.     Psalm 23 - My Shepherd (NIV)

    Psalm 23 is a favourite Psalm of many. David sings about how the Lord cares for him, guides him and guards him. The Lord would honour him in front of his enemies. David was so sure of God's faithfulness and all David wants is to be in the house of the Lord forever. David is in a state of blessedness. I pray for you to be the same.     Growing in Christ - Assurances From Our Lord (NIV)

    This is based on the book Growing in Christ, on the lessons on Assurances. I spent my time memorising them. ⭐️ Assurance of Salvation 1 John 5:11-12 And this is the testimony: GOD has given us eternal life, and this life is in His son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the son of GOD does not have life. ⭐️ Assurance of Answered Prayer John 16:24 “Until now you’ve not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.” ⭐️ Assurance of Victory 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And GOD is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. ⭐️ Assurance of Forgiveness 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. ⭐️ Assurance of Guidance Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight. —— ❤️ Read them, memorise them, personalise them with your name in it. Last week when I was struggling, He showed me that I already know the outcome - He has already won. I have to grab hold of His reality, not the one that I was in. The more I recite these verses, the more they embed in my heart and mind. Even in nightmares, I found myself reciting them subconsciously. When I recite these verses, peace came. When I grab hold of His outcome, peace came. It’s an on-going process for me. My mind is unloading all junk of unbelief and limiting beliefs. When each of them are replaced by these assurances, peace comes naturally. I hope this testimony helps you.

    Psalm 18 - My Deliverer (NIV)

    Psalm 18 is where David sang about how the Lord has delivered him from his enemies. Let's breakdown this Psalm There is an ENEMY David is in deep DISTRESS He CRIED OUT towards the Lord The Lord heard it and responded in ANGER (towards the enemy),  He then exuded PROTECTIVENESS towards David, He then gets David READY for battle He SUPPORTED David in battle David CRUSHED his enemies with the Lord's help God set David at the top in VICTORY That's who our God is.  --- How about you? Who are your enemies today? It could be circumstances, situations, things that are not in your control that robbed your peace and brought you into a dark place that is not meant to be for you. Have you turned to the Lord? Are you ready for VICTORY with the Lord? There should be only ONE ending to this battle - VICTORY with the Lord. Claim that! --- Read along: Psalm 18 46 The Lord lives!     Psalm 91 - Protection (NIV)

    Psalm 91 is one of my favourite Psalm. We declare it and claim it over and over again as a family unit during times of uncertainty. 14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. 15 He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” As for you, listen to it and read the verses here together with me.
