    We get into taking your product plans and ideas into execution, and the team and partners that will help you achieve your goals.  This week's lesson: Every impactful team has a Product Manager, although they might not have that title.  Somebody must regularly check in on what matters, validate or invalidate hypothesises, and monitor that impact is achieved.     Market, don't mandate.

    Hello World!  We're Arvid and Rob, and in this first episode we'll start with a short story of how we got into product and as a first deep dive we'll talk about how to drive product adoption with an internal audience.
