    It has been a trying week or so since our last episode. Sharing communication from alters to family was a bit strong so we all went a bit silent for a bit. Also working may have kept us busy during the week as well. Still mapping our system. Working on a one day on one day off gaming to help balance family time.

    We had our first more direct conversation about DID and our newly understood system in our therapy session today. Overall good and welcoming. We managed to feel comfortable enough to introduce the three alters who have come to light and some of the personal growth we made so far. Also touched on the idea of vastly different alters or similar ones as mentioned in The Entropy System YouTube video “The Fake System Dilemma”.

    Inspired by those around me who are concerned we would champion this disorder and take a negative backlash. We can’t help but acknowledge their care and concern but must still speak up. YouTube channel The Entropy System shared a video about a year ago on The “Fake” System Dilemma and we wanted to share our impressions on things as well.

    It’s been about two years since our diagnosis of dissociative identity disorder and we find ourselves wanting to learn more and do more to improve our inner communication. This is still very much a culture shock if you will and our usual cooping methods are gaming with friends and talking about it. So an audio platform seemed like a great place to let it all out.
