On Tolerance and Islam - A Conversation with Rideshare Driver, Mr Mohamad

Mr Mohamad shares how Covid allowed him to cultivate patience and impart the lesson of frugality to his children. Plus, his views on the bias against Islam. And it's Alhamdu-LI-lah. My sincere apologies for mispronouncing this beautiful phrase which means "Praise be to God."

LGB, but no T? (Episode 4)

A recent altercation between two Tik Tokkers drew our attention to the relevancy of Pride Month. But more pertinent issues lurk behind the pretty multi-hued Pride Flag, such as inclusivity — or rather, exclusivity of, our trans siblings.  Find out more in Episode 4 of Hear Me Out, a podcast for and by the transgendered.  _____ Mj Rodriguez's full interview with VICE --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgIq10HZhOc Follow our blog, socials, and meditate with us! https://hearmee0ut.wordpress.com https://twitter.com/Meditating_Bird https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQj5-MEJscHzZtKm4DpHktA

A Meditation Series, Designed for Singaporeans

I began meditation quite by accident. To lose weight, I started jogging a year ago, and discovered it to be meditation in motion. Meditation has made me calmer, and enabled me to think more clearly. And as a student enrolled under the SGUnited Skills Programme, I feel it’s my duty to give back to fellow Singaporeans. Hence I've created a YouTube meditation series, and it would be an absolute pleasure and an honour if you would join me on this  journey of reflection. See you on May 25, Singapore time 8:30pm, for the first live session! This episode is also available as a blog post: https://hearmee0ut.wordpress.com/2021/05/24/youtube-meditation-series/
