    Sequence number 2 is here, loosing my voice and all but I am here to share with you. The journey we are on is for a reason, it’s how we choose to see it and what we take from it. If we continue to ask stupid questions like why me? Why is this happening? That frequency is going to give me more of what I put out. This episode is very personal to the cards I’ve been dealt and what’s more profound is I created this episode and I was tested to see if I had learned from this and I’m so humbled to share with you.. I held my own and leant into my power over the weekend and I didn’t let others dictate who I am and who I have become, who is she ? Strong, resilient and a loving mum and someone who has so much to give and that isn’t going to change because others choose to behave poorly. I hope you hear in this that you too can do hard stuff.     KEEP GOING

    In this episode I’m sure you’ll feel my heart pouring into yours.. about recognising hard will always present itself so… Stop the suffering? Find gratitude learn from your hard Get yourself uncomfortable TAP into vulnerability so much more comes from that.. than staying stuck and sad. Learn and TAP into things to hold yourself accountable allow grace and realise you are only competing against you! A quote “Where focus goes energy flows” Ask yourself this “where are you putting your energy? Get real with yourself” You can make a change and you can only change yourself you can lead a horse to water you can’t make it drink it, right ? As much as you love and care, you may be an empath, so give it back to you and hold space for others that they can too, when they are ready! I hope this pod you can relate and feel how important this is for us we are powerful beyond measure! I feel it more than ever through my hard!

    Emotional Intelligence

    This one is a goody! How we are the ones that have been allowing peoples emotional immaturity and allowing there behaviours to control us!! We need to learn emotional maturity, learn how to regulate emotion in a healthy way.. becoming aware of this and making a change to better your life starts with your decision and shift in mindset! Adults can act like children, and as parents we need to help them better understand emotions as kids and it’s the same as adults only difference as an adult you have to choose to understand it and choose to action emotional maturity no one can do this for you, You can waste your energy and time but it’ll leave you burn out, why? Because you cannot control another person! “I learnt the hard way” I have been through the feels, emotional roller coaster, allowing toxic relationships, from the frequency I was on… little to none emotional maturity, boundaries and always people pleasing no matter the cost, in the end the cost was my mental health! You can make the change if you choose. “If nothing changes, nothing changes” With love Gabby

    YOU

    Have you ever listened to something and it’s given you tingles over your body? When I sit in utter quiet and listened to what it is I want to do.. It gives me the same feeling and sensation that there is this desire to talk and share here! WHY? It was something I fear my whole life to speak up and be my own voice so here it is. How we speak? How we show up will become us it’s simple. Things that come easy aren’t worth it, the shit that is hard and make us resilient and make us strong. These next few episodes I hope resonate, I will chat more on habits, overcoming fear, mastering critics and doing you and embodying all you are is far more fulfilling than people pleasing and following the jones! So thankful for you that listen and spread love and kindness. Gabby x

    Don’t play small

    In this episode I get uncomfortable with stepping outside my own comfort zone with rising earlier to set myself up for a kick arse day. I believe if we are intentional with out days it allows for more possibilities to flow into our days.. have you ever dulled your spark to fit in or play small in that relationship, job, environment? I have.. when we learn about our inner knowing, self worth and what we bring to the table you won’t want to sell yourself short trust me! This was so exciting for me I did a blooper at 10mins 30..     Believe in you 1.2

    Do you believe in you? We need to back ourselves everyday even when it all gets too hard. Life is hard it’s not meant to be easy, if we choose to let all the hard sh**t pile up and we don’t acknowledge it everything becomes all too hard, seems to hard to get there. If we unlearn our behaviours and the way we are and learn a new way of being, learning that…why not live a life that brings us happiness and change the way we see the things around us that it can be beautiful, what we choose to let take space in our thought will create what’s around us! Something for us to think about “who am I? who are you?” What does that look like in your highest vibration? I believe in you. Big hugs Gabby x

    The start of a dream!

    Join me Gabby Hurst on my first ever podcast of Soul Purpose. I am super excited to get sharing with you on my first very own podcast! I’d like to share with you is my voice, apart of my story and how it had impacted my mental health. Let’s keep this all raw, real, and all the messy stuff that as you probably already know its always the unknown and unheard of! Most of society is sharing the "Picture Perfect" right?Reality nothing is perfect! Let’s all own our messy self as we are perhaps and allow ourself to truely heal and be vulnerable. I truly hope you take away: who are you? showing up as your imperfect self as that’s all you need. Speak your truth and be you that’s all you ever needed. Know your WHY?
