    Ep 22: You are not playing small. Shifting your marketing tone to match your dream clients.

    Marketing to people beyond survival mode is a different tone of voice. I have had this shift in the way I write / communicate online. "You are playing small" is a statement you see so much online. Heck, I've even written and said it. Now I can see the truth here. You are not playing small. You are doing the darn thing everyday. You know what you want. You take action daily. Shift your marketing tone to match the type of person you actually want to connect with. For me... I am not here to yell at people to get their butt in gear. There is a certain type of person who needs that. We have moved beyond that state of mind. High level people just need to know there are solutions to the specific challenges and problems they are facing as they grow their business. If they know you offer that solution, they will invest with you. It's really as simple as that. Premium Energy is about communicating to Leader to Leaders. We are all rising. Doing it. Living it. Being it. No smallness to be found here.

    Ep 20: Toxic Marketing Tactics & My Remorse For "The Coaching Industry"

    I have never viewed myself as part of "the coaching industry". I've been creating in my little pocket of the internet/world since 2009 when I started my makeup career, and went full time online as a coach in 2016. I'm mad mad mad today, I went down a rabbit hole via podcasts and reddit on the toxic things that go on in these cult like coaching businesses. My blood was boiling and I couldn't not come share some things I've felt all along, and some new things I've discovered after actually being sucked into one of these coaches worlds and exiting myself this year. I never felt I was good at marketing, especially in the way that these toxic brands do it. I am great at sharing my journey, teaching what I learn along the way and documenting the journey as honestly as I can. I sleep soundly at night knowing I focus primarily on the backend of my business and the front end is a reflection of that. Delivering on what I promise and always putting client journey above all else. It makes me sick to my stomach seeing and recently experiencing first hand the fall out, chaos and suffering that is caused by the wake of these toxic marketing tactics and how good people with integrity are usually the ones left to clean up the mess. A convo I've wanted to share in the past, and just didn't know how. Today, I let it all out. I am pissed off. Press play to hear me out.

    As I heal myself and build more safety and security into my life/body I see that naturally impacting the way that I show up in my business/brand. Lately... Been really thinking about results and goals. How for some building a sustainable $5k per month business that gives them the time freedom to do other things is actually GOALS for them.
