    Receiving the waves

In this episode I... ...showcase my process of coming into more alignment with conflicting energies currently prevalent in me, by focusing on what is currently going on in me ...shortly visit cyclicality and inner child work ...mainly talk about practising receptivity (vs. conditioned rejective state): -receiving, staying open to the waves of energy that approaches me, that eventually may get a form in language, as named emotions and / or thoughts (and why it's not necessary but rather habitual to give it form like that), letting those waves impact me and letting the impact be known -what prevents the state of openness and receptivity, and why I feel called to explore it Music by Chris Collins Enjoy! ✨ Yours truly, Noora Also, follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/wonderworld... Embodied Relating

On this episode I talk about my journey towards what I now call embodied relating or embodied connection. At some point of my awakening I got to realise how disconnected I had been from my body and from then on I have practiced, in various ways, staying more connected to what I call the seat of Self while navigating the connections to others. I hope that sounds interesting to you. I wish you insightful moments listening my story. If you'd like to receive my insights in written form (too), I invite you to sign up for my mailing list - I'll send you a bi-weekly letter about whatever is current at the moment Most days you'll find me on Instagram

Breaking radio silence with a story about shadow work

It seems that a new season of Happiness is in you is emerging from the ashes. In this episode I try out my new voice from a whole new depth of embodiment - soothing, so maybe you'll fall asleep. Also possibly triggering. About the content: I'm walking you through some shadow work / energy work process that I do, uprooting a foreign plant called "Optimiser" out of my chest and placing it into my little altar of excavated shadows. Sounds crazy enough? If so, welcome ✨
