    Chakra Experiences - Transition 1

    In this episode, we are going to talk less about the chakras, and more about the ideas that have been revealed. We discuss the sacral chakra in prep for the next episode. I am no expert on yoga, chakras, or spirituality. However, I do think that this will be the foundational concept for the transitional episodes where we take a break from the conversations about working practically, and get a little more broad in the overall discussion. This episode discusses interpersonal relations, pity, empathy, and more. Stay tuned until the end if you want to hear me confronting  what sounded like a peeping tom outside my window! Ironically, right after talking about fear, something happened that made me momentarily confront my own fear. Great way to wrap up the episode. Take care!

    Root Chakra Experiences - Episode 3

    Today I felt grounded much more quickly than I did the previous day. Something is clearly working here. On this episode, I am discussing the feelings and visualizations that I experienced in my second day of my 21 day yoga mission to ascend up the chakra system. If I reach enlightenment and float away, then I will do my best to let you know. Jokes aside, today we also discuss foods that are defined as balancing for the root chakra. Remember, too much or not enough of something can be detrimental, see scurvy and vitamin see and also see vitamin c overloading causing a sick belly. The point is both are extremes and the opposite of balance. If you want balance in your life, it might make more sense to start by balancing on one leg in the Vrikshasana (tree) pose.  Take care, and I hope these words find you well.

    In today's episode, I am diving into my personal experiences around working on the root chakra. The music I played, the yoga poses I worked on, and the mindset and conceptualizations that I was able to find while in this state. At the end of the episode, I talk more about how and why I am doing this, why it is important to me, and why I think these episodes are important to share.

    Today's episode is a foundational episode regarding the root chakra. The chakra system is said to be integral to our wellbeing and daily life. Many people ignore this and that is ok. If you want to join me on a journey to learn more about the chakra system, yoga, and how we can improve our lives via concepts around the chakra system, please join me by listening in to this first episode on the foundational chakra. Your root chakra feeds energy to the rest of your chakras. If the root is not properly aligned, you could deal with issues across the whole system of chakras. Today we establish that understanding to build off of for the next episodes to come.
