    Kalaripayattu ft Sensei Yashpal Singh Kalsi. In this episode of One Dojo, we traveled to Kerala to bring our listeners a glimpse of the roots of Kalari, considered to be one of the oldest martial art disciplines. Kalaripayattu is known as the mother of all martial arts developed in Asian region. Evidences can be seen at Shaolin temple itself with a statue of Bodhidharma. Bodhidharma was a Kalari practitioner and a yogi.  Kalaripayattu is practiced since 4th Century in India.   We thank Sensei Yashpal for doing this podcast for us.     हमारे पहले एपिसोड में, हम बात करते हैं Indian MMA के 3 दिग्गजों से - Rajinder Singh Meena, Pooja Tomar & Himanshu Kaushik.  ये तीनों बचपन से ही Wushu/Kickboxing में भाग ले रहे हैं और अब ONE Championship में India का प्रतिनिधित्व करके, देश का नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं।  हमने इंसे अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर Indian MMA Fighters की विफलता के कारण पूछे, जाने इनका अनुभव क्या कहता है! आपकी राय क्या है? हमें बतायें....! ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In our first episode, we talk to 3 veterans of Indian MMA - Rajinder Singh Meena, Pooja Tomar & Himanshu Kaushik. All three of them have been competing in Wushu/kickboxing since they were kids and are now representing India at One Championship.  We asked them the reasons for failure of Indian MMA fighters at the international level, as per their experience.
