    Building the Brain with Michael Ledzion

    For this episode, I interviewed the founder of Sports for Schools, Michael Ledzion, on  a mission to make physical activity as important as numeracy and literacy. Some of the key takeaways for me were: there's a positive correlation between physical fitness and academic attainment the range children get to roam has decreased significantly with each generation the perception of normal weight has moved by 2 sizes in 50 years and lots, lots more!
