Things you might hear on the podcast: -“Knock me out and throw me under the plane.”  -"I think you should try painting one time and then compare it to the Sistine Chapel and then you’ll have an appreciation for the skills." Michelle talks about her scary movie club , Jeremy shares his utter failure in appreciating art from the likes of Michelangelo, and Ryan is no longer with us….on this pod….well, this episode. Hootie & the Blowfish drummer Jim Sonefeld - THE SEQUEL!

Things you might hear on the pod: -"They don't think you're food. They think you're a weird sea creature they haven't seen before." -"My wife prefers Only Wanna Be With You over the farting noises." -"Oh sorry for the misunderstanding. We'll give you your arm back." Hootie & the Blowfish drummer Jim Sonefeld joins us as our first ever repeat guest! Soni (SO-NEE), as his friends call him and of course we're best friends now, talks about his book, touring, addiction, faith, Tiger Woods' wedding (WHAT?!?!) and of course Oprah. And more! Also Michelle swims with sharks, Ryan shows weaknesses of ChatpGPT and Jeremy still can't do the intro without laughing. What else is new....Also this episode is a little longer than normal, but it's Hootie. You're lucky it's not longer. Be sure to follow Soni on Facebook, Instagram and go buy his book "Swimming with the Blowfish: Hootie, Healing and One Hell of a Ride." It's great! You can find it wherever you buy your books and on www.jimsonefeld.com.  Hit subscribe and share it with a friend (or an enemy!) Fareway Meat & Grocery CEO Reynolds Cramer

Things you might hear on the podcast: -Blink if you don't feel safe on this podcast. -I wore the ‘please be patient I’m a trainee' badge for about 2 years. -I have Hootie & the Blowfish, you have Fareway and Yosh has Japan. Ryan fangirls over Fareway, Michelle shares her Christmas card strategy, Jeremy has trouble with words and Reynolds cracks us up. None of those things are surprising. And be sure to hit up Fareway every Wednesday to get a chicken for $5! $5!! For more info on Jeremy, Ryan and Michelle check out https://www.thejeremybaumann.com/podcast.

Zavier Scott - Minnesota Vikings Running Back

Is it possible for Jeremy to make it through the intro without laughing? Clearly not. But hopefully you listen anyway. Join us for a meaningful and enlightening conversation with Minnesota Vikings star running back Zavier Scott as we navigate topics such as football (duh), mentoring, slowing down in life, faith and more. What an amazing guy! Things you might hear on the podcast: -If I remember right there were pieces of corn in the ice cream that made it uncomfortable. -We love doing number 2 with you. -Glad she can’t hear you talk about how ugly she is. Big Shots 2.0

Things you might hear on the podcast: -This is Lady Deathstrike. She’s here to strike fear into your hearts. -Aquaman, Superman and Baumann. That’s what Norwalk is famous for. -She sounds like everyone I’ve been fired by. I’m so glad you decided to join us for Big Shots 2.0! We hope you enjoy listening to our new episode and co-host and that you laugh as much as we did. Be warned - there’s lots of Office talk on this one! Also a little too much cat talk. You can blame the newbie.  For more info on Jeremy, Ryan and Michelle check out https://www.thejeremybaumann.com/podcast.

Pete Richardson - LifePlan & StratOp GOAT

Things you might hear on the podcast: -Our brains are more than half stupid. -What a true public servant, but boy was that a category 5 mistake. -I have not lived in a hairball. I have orbited hairballs. Last time Jeremy had some audio challenges and this time was Ryan’s turn. So bear with us please. Pete drops some major truth & thought bombs and Jeremy & Ryan both share some important life updates. One might be more exciting than the other, but we won’t tell you which one. And of course we have some fun so don’t miss the pop quiz!  For more information on LifePlans, check out https://www.thejeremybaumann.com/lifeplan. Emma & Kaylee - The Airplane Ladies

Things you might hear on the podcast: -Either I look like a weirdo or I'm right and hopefully the latter. -Isn't Haliburton a TikTok sound? -Oprah was on the fence but she's been overplayed. Also, Emma & Kaylee join us for an inspiring conversation about life, death, faith and what the Haliburton! Plus we laugh. A LOT. But seriously, these young ladies who Jeremy met randomly on an airplane will encourage you more than you can imagine. Disclaimer: failure to maintain the proper amount of Kleenexes may result in an extraordinary amount of snot & tears. And no, we did not pay them to laugh at all of our dumb jokes.....as far as you know....PS - sorry about Jeremy's audio the first 15 minutes or so. It took him that long to realize he was using his ear buds as a mic rather than an actual microphone. Forgive him, for he (clearly) knows not what he does. PPS - yes we know Alyssa is still in the picture. Jeremy's just too lazy to change it till we have a new co-host. For more info on Jeremy and Ryan check out https://www.thejeremybaumann.com/podcast.
