Heartbreak

We gloved, we loved. We paired, we cared. We quit and we split. We were on an adventure and just like that we're a stranger. There's no rush if it's right. You don't even need to push with all your might. You'll grow within; with the pain, you're healing. Even if you're to be blamed, it's ok, there is no shame. Love isn't about fault. Learn to take everything with a pinch of salt. As long as you know you love with the fibre of your honest being. Wish them well, wish them greatness, of their well-being.

Obstacle - Who's Really Stopping You?

Have you ever been faced with a challenge that seems like a brick wall that is too high to climb? In these moments we can often feel angry, sad, frustrated, alone, and think to ourselves, "Why me?", "Why now?", "I can't do that!" Obstacles can't stop you. Problems can't stop you. Most of all, other people can't stop you. The only one who stops you is yourself. So drop that self-blaming or self-victimising and go f*****g get it! Go own it!

It's the one person who knew you and accepts you, challenges you and elevates you, pushes you and love you.

Ego

Ask ourselves this: What's the fear that arises once we start to move beyond our pattern? Fear is part of our egoic identity. Our ego doesn't want to die. It's the uncomfortable space of, "Who would I be without the story, without the pattern, without this operating system, and without this way of being?" We are not our egos. We're not feeling those feelings; we're feeling the interpretation of the mental narrative of that neutral sensation, and then we're creating suffering. In essence, we don't actually feel that way. It's our condition bundle of reflexes vibrating back to what our patterns and programming are. That's ego.

Resentment

We hold on to resentment and grief for takings things personally, for holding on to resentful thoughts thinking they are justified. Who is suffering amidst all this? It is our choice to let them go and only let love flow within our hearts. Why suffer when you can be at peace?
