    Coach Amanda sits down to chat with Coach Mel all about nutrition and nutrition coaching here at a2o Fit: Home of CrossFit Panthera. Have you ever found yourself saying "I know what I need to eat" but you're just not doing it? Often times, it is the lack of accountability (or maybe even a lack of knowledge) standing in your way. Nutrition is so important to help you see all of your hard work in (or out of) the gym come to fruition - you cannot out train a bad diet.     Coach Andrea joins Coach Amanda today as they discuss Andrea's lifelong fitness journey, from her start in taking group fitness classes to eventually becoming a group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, personal trainer, and most recently a CrossFit coach. She also fell in love with water fitness and owns her own stand up paddleboard company, Chesapeake Paddle Sports.
