It’s a show about minorities and social justice and they sprinkle some hockey in it. This is what happens when the alphabet agenda is the priority.

Unfortunately I’ve been unable to listen long enough to reach the end of a single episode. Just can’t do it. Wanted to like it but it’s just not good.

Nothing about hockey just some woke sjw here spewing her agenda. Typical when you make a DEI hire lol.

I love the coverage on the Kraken but am not interested in the other topics. For a podcast called “Locked on Kraken” it seems to not be so locked in but goes off on other topics and social tangents. When it is about the Kraken I find the discussions and insights good and interesting.

What the flip is this show. The production quality is so low. Nothing about this show sounds professional. This is not the type of quality of podcast that I would expect from the locked on podcast network. The corny intro phrase just make me cringe and makes me want turn off the show as soon as it starts. Fix your show locked on🥶🥵🤮💀.

I was hoping to find a good show to listen to so I could better understand the Seattle Kraken, and get excited about the playoffs. This is not the show to listen to. The show has poor production quality. It meanders aimlessly. Sounds like a slinky playing in the background. This show doesn’t meet the same bar as other locked-on podcasts.

I liked the high level information, but the host talks in a very halting way and seems to be trying to over enunciate. It’s super distracting.

Continually amazed by how much content fits into every episode. Focuses on Kraken hockey mostly, but also great coverage of women’s hockey. Doesn’t shy away from speaking on the bigger picture issues in hockey culture.

While I appreciate the effort and time from the host, it’s a little too light on analysis and not enough in-depth hockey substance (such as team approach, strategies, execution, etc.). It’s sort of superficial in that way…at least from what I’ve heard. Similarly, too many cutaways to game interviews, etc. instead of the host offering critical analysis. Also, too often the host veers into political, social, and cultural comments for my taste….especially when the host just seems to take for granted that everyone must have the same world view or political/social perspective. I listen to sports pods to get away from political content (especially lay opinions). Again, I appreciate the effort, and it’s okay if you’re looking for something every day or so. But there are certainly better Kraken pods out there with better content.

I love the Kraken and was so excited to see a dedicated podcast, but the host is soo hard to listen to I find it hard to get through an episode. It seems like she’s trying too hard to keep up energy and it just comes across as yelling. There isnt a lot of takes or commentary on team, mostly just her reading stats in between audio clips of the team and it just drones on….No actual interviews. Also the production quality is terrible with the mic was being bumped constantly. Get a new host!!
