    Freedom starts from within.... but how?

    Does feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed and lost feel normal to you and the odd feelings of happiness are few and far between?  It could be because you have a lot of inner challenges to go through and inner traumas & beliefs to  heal from that may lead you to feel that way.   Lack of self-worth and confidence with challenging or traumatic experiences are usually where this stems from.     It’s so liberating to discover what your natural gifts and abilities are. It’s means the end of feeling stuck and the start of a fulfilling life….wouldn't it be cool to know what yours is

    You might be good at doing something because you've done it that much, that you literally work on auto-pilot.. but what if you could discover a trait or a strength of yours, that you didn't realise you had that may take you down a path to truly finding a job or a Business that is fufiling and meaningful. In this episode I share what I have learnt so far about my innate abilities which I didn't know I had, but has made me pivot somewhat in how I share my content and the direction that I want to take .
