    Busy day in Washington D.C. is a political junkie's delight

    If you follow politics rather than sports it was a good day for you. In fact it was a great day. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced her intention to create a select committee to investigate the January 6 insurrection on the Capitol after Republicans blocked the formation of an independent commission. Earlier in the day President Joe Biden struck a bipartisan deal on a $1.2 trillion infrastructure package that was approximately half of what he proposed back in March. Alan Whitt, Justice B.
