    Unpaid carers are the army of people who care for parents, children and even friends and often feel alone in their caring journey as they navigate social care, support and long to have somewhere that gives them a voice.  In this podcast we will cover the topics that matter the most to carers, such as what changes are needed in government and local councils, juggling work and caring responsibilities and how to get help when you need it.  If there is a topic that needs additional input a special guest will be invited on to give you their expert knowledge.  And we will hear from you, our wonderful carers and find out your words of wisdom for your fellow carers.  So grab yourself a coffee and enjoy the podcast!
