068: Costa Rica + Panama Saga pt 1 with Jacob

Hello you lovely souls!!! Jacob is back on the podcast to breakdown what our 5 week adventure was like. We recorded an episode when we first got to Costa Rica in the small mountain town Zarcero and wanted to record another while on our journey but we were in the moment & busy so it didn't happen. HOWEVER, we are finally recording episodes about our entire trip now that we are home and had time to process. This trip was life changing for the both of us yet not in the way we thought it would be. Tune into the Costa Rica & Panama Saga with Jacob (and myself of course) to learn how I was absolutely atrociously humbled and course corrected with one of the biggest ego deaths meanwhile Jacob's own identity was also being shattered and recreated. 067: Introduction To Trauma with Steve

Hello Friends!!! Today's episode is incredibly special as I have my stepbrother Steve on as a guest for the first time. He is a hardworking individual who is pursuing his Bachelor of Art's degree while working full time and caring for his family. Steve has a beautiful blend of intelligence & humor with a big heart. His passion for creating a better life for himself, his family, and many communities is felt throughout the entire show. Embark with us on a journey as we unravel what trauma is, how it affects our lives, and how healing is both an individual & collective responsibility In addition, recommendations for reading. 065: Valentines/Life Updated 2025

Hiii friends!! This episode is about comparing where I was in life on Valentines Day in 2023 vs 2025. I recommend listening to Episode 028: Vulnerable As F**k to recieve the full picture of the change from then to now. You can hear it in my voice how much better I am doing now. This episode is less of a recap of episode 028 and more about sharing where I am now + all the joy I am experiencing. It also has exciting updates about where I will be traveling in 6 days and the lore with my new boo. Connect with me: IG & Tiktok @alexafuckingbrehmer Email brehmeralexa@gmail.com
