    It would appear that one of the reasons some people don't want to see a therapist is the fear of confidentiality breaches. I recently stumbled on a podcast where a listener wrote in explaining that they felt sharing their issue on the podcast would guarantee greater anonymity than a therapy session would. I can understand the fear but there are places that offer you confidential therapy services.
