    On this episode of the podcast I’m excited to share learnings about the future of food. Together with Vikash Sital and Yvonne van Schaik, we will go into various improvements that individuals and companies can do in order to reduce food waste, and discuss what might be next for food. Vikash is an Account Executive at Oracle helping companies to create hyper personalized customer experiences using the power of data, and he is an unshakable optimist who believes in a sustainable future for humankind and our ability to build it together with technology. Yvonne works at Oracle Netherlands as a Community Leader for Corporate Citizenship, and responsible for all charity and volunteering work and environmental projects. Next to that she is developing programs to have Oracle employees feel connected to each other, a compelling focus in this pandemic.     What's on the Horizon for Digital Ethics?

    On this episode of the podcast I’m excited to share learnings about digital ethics and how we can contribute to creating awareness about it. Together with Hillary and Oscar we discuss about digital ethics, data privacy and how companies can be more ethical in their work. Hilary is Director within Deloitte and the lead of the Deloitte Digital Ethics team. With the Digital Ethics team, she seeks to understand and embed societal values in a practical way in organisations, giving them the tools to follow their moral compass when using data and technology. Oscar has worked within the HR domain with several big international players. He is a strong believer that Digital Transformation of HR is the way to go forward in strategic decision making, both for the individual as for the organization.     On this week's episode of the podcast, I will learn more about the future of cloud and what are the benefits and risks of having data there with my guests: Melissa Raczak and Bhagyashri Sarbhukan.  Melissa is a partner in the Technology Team in Deloitte with over 25 years of experience in technology and business transformations and works in the telecommunications and media industry mostly, and Bhagyashri is a DevOps engineer at Irdeto and works with customers to create secure infrastructure for continuous integration, deployment of solutions and automation.     On this episode I’m having a conversation with Nikie van Duurling and Cissy Renkers, where we chat about digital robots and how they can help us with our work in the future. Nikie is a manager within the Deloitte Tax Management Consulting practice and is leading both clients and Deloitte teams to shape and accelerate their RPA and Intelligent Automation journey. Cissy Renkers is a Senior consultant in the Global Investments & Innovation Incentives team of the Deloitte Tax & Legal practice. Her focus is on Environmental Tax and as an experienced RPA developer, she builds robots in the field of Finance & Tax processes. Together we talk about robotics, how it can be implemented in the workplace and what the benefits and implications are of this.
