Hi guys!!! I am completely new to all this and I just had this crazy idea to make a podcast about my health journey and my struggles and tips I am NOT a professional I just want to share things that work for me cause I didn’t have someone to help me with these things and I want to be that for you and help you and boost you and relate to you this a completely judgment free zone you are all welcome to listen but this is more geared toward teens but I think anyone could learn a few things from me but this will be such a fun adventure and I hope you just join me for the ride 😊
