    On this week’s episode, I have three special guests. We talk about the perks and downsides of living in Tampa, the pros and cons to long-distance friendships, and the many reasons we think that we all will stay friends beyond this experience. I also learned in this episode that neither Chelsea nor Jordan know how to spell the word Illinois or where in Michigan is on a map. This is our last episode in Florida before I begin my trek back to Michigan and Riley and I finally are done with long distance.     The Story Of My Engagement

    On this weeks episode, I delve into the story of my engagement to my now fiancé Riley. I talk about whether or not I knew, what happened in the days before it happened, the entire story of the day of, and the day is following. I mentioned this in the episode quite a bit but I just like to say it here as well, thank you to everyone who reached out to us and has just showered us with love and support from the beginning of our relationship to now we appreciate you so much.     In this weeks episode, we get into my thoughts on living a plant-based lifestyle, whether that means being vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, fins and feathers, Paleo, etc. This conversation is rooted in the fact that my special guest this week has just recently become a vegetarian after watching the documentary GameChangers. For those that may not know game changers is a documentary about the effects of living a vegan lifestyle especially, those effects on athletes. And how do we do them? I also talked about the importance of giving yourself a break and not getting discouraged for being imperfect.
