INSECURITIES AT WORK

Hey everyone in this Podcast I share my experiences & Ideas about the insecurities that we face at work. Insecurities at work tend to make us feel incompetent and stops us from being productive. Due to the capitalist economy that we live in we always have someone above us on the ladder and this makes us insecure about our position, our contribution, and our role. We fear being replaced, getting fired, or getting out of business. When it comes to working I believe that it's a marathon. We underestimate what we can achieve in a few years through consistent effort and overestimate what we can achieve in short term. This is one of the core reasons that make us feel less and not confident enough at our workplace. The best antidote that I have received till now when it comes to overcoming insecurities at work is to be willing to work and go all in. This not only helps you to get rid of the outcomes but makes you focused on the process. Work is something that is going to take a huge part of your life don't waste it on living someone's else life. Don't Settle!

Insecurities in relationships tend to make us feel less and stops us from being and giving to the people we have our bond with. Insecurities are something that comes from within, we overvalue the other person, judge ourselves, and tend to feel that we don't deserve this. The reality is that we all are on a journey and we have a destination where we are supposed to get down. And if we focus on the journey and what can we bring to make this a wonderful one where do we have time to focus on our insecurities. Don't let this insecurity tend to weaken you and the bond you have. Don't let the loss of a bond be the realization of the intensity and connection you had with the other person. Through this video, I just share my heart and speak about how a simple 3-day trip taught me about the importance of relationships and it made me think and realize that how can we connect and be in the present version of our relationships.
