Within this podcast you will get to know Damo, his battle with his weight and how he can manage shift work, being a husband, a father all while training and completing ironman triathlons. From his lowest of lows, gaining 40kg’s, on the verge of self destruction he manages to climb not only his way out to a healthier happier life, loses the weight, but also achieves some seriously amazing physical fetes like a 24hr Ultra Running event and the World’s Strongest Marathon where he pulls a 1.5 tone ute for 42km’s and smashes the record!
