Stepping out of your Comfort Zone with Bonita Mutoni

Taking risks and being bold in pursuit of your dreams is often lauded and accompanied by many dozens of stories by successful people and companies. Mark zuckerburg has been praised for creating the seemingly ridiculous idea of a virtual yearbook and turning it into one of the biggest companies in the world, and Oprah Winfrey for turning her “downgrade” segment into one of the biggest talk shows and later production company. However, even with all these success stories to use as reference, many young people are still afraid to step out of their comfort zones. In this second episode of the 4-part Seeking Opportunities as a Young Person, we are joined by the Director of Sales at One&Only Resorts Rwanda and CEO of Uber Luxe Safaris, Bonita Mutoni. She describes her journey from starting work at 16 years old at a department store and now becoming a luxury tourism expert, sales specialist and entrepreneur. She provides insight on how to be confident in unknown territories and advises on how to counter negativity from your own circle as you pursue your dreams. NOTES: On a brand with the theme of seeking out opportunities, Sales Executive and Entrepreneur Bonita Mutoni encourages boldness and risk in this second episode of the Seeking Opportunities as a Young Person series.
