We are a private, non-profit organization. Our mission is to foster initiatives that challenge and reduce systemic barriers through the development of collaborative strategies, training, integration and learning events for researchers and STEM professionals, enabling innovation and cultural change.

    Desafios da inclusão dos profissionais e cientistas LGBTQIA+ nas carreiras STEM

    Em alusão ao Dia Internacional do Orgulho LGBT, O Instituto REDI (Respeito, Equidade, Diversidade e Inclusão) produziu um podcast sobre os desafios da inclusão dos profissionais e cientistas LGBTQIA+, em especial aqueles que atuam nas carreiras de STEM. Participou do bate papo a Professora Dra Daniela Mourão,  que descreveu um pouco da realidade dos pesquisadores Trans e LGBTs no meio acadêmico e a importância de políticas públicas de acesso e informação. Convidada: Dra. Daniela Mourão. Possui graduação em física pela Universidade Estadual Paulista, UNESP. Mestrado em física pela mesma universidade e doutorado em Engenharia e Tecnologia Espaciais pelo INPE, o instituto nacional de pesquisas espaciais.
