    Q&A Session

    God Is God Alone

    God has given us free will—the ability to choose what to desire, believe and pursue. Yet, this freedom often creates the illusion that we are independent of God, leading us on the futile journey of pursuing self-determined good while neglecting the pursuit of His perfect Will for our lives.  In this message titled “God Is God Alone,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the true purpose of free will and the need to surrender to God’s Will and Wisdom. He explores the sovereignty, immutability, and perfection of God’s Will and Wisdom, emphasising the need to accept that God will always do His Will.     Communion Service

    The journey of faith is rarely a smooth path. There are times we struggle to yield to the Word of God, which is sent to lead us into our promised inheritance. When we resist the Word, we find ourselves in a dry and spiritually parched place: the wilderness. But what is the point of the wilderness in our faith journey? Why does God allow us to go through it?  In this “Communion Service” , Pastor Jeffery Walter teaches on the purpose of the wilderness in a believer’s walk with God. He explains the root cause of the agitations and bitterness experienced in the wilderness, and why the Word of God seems to lose its initial potency in this season.     02 Ye Resist Not Evil

    Most Christians believe that the way to fight fear, anxiety, painful emotions, and negative thoughts is to resist or suppress them when they come up, but what if this is actually strengthening these emotional and spiritual bondages?  In this message titled “Ye Resist Not Evil—Part 2,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains how resistance rooted in fear, control, and self-will often keeps believers trapped in cycles of anxiety, trauma, and inner conflict. He contrasts living by the flesh—fear, control, and self-preservation—with living by the spirit through faith, trust, and dependence on God. Rather than suppressing or battling negative thoughts with arguments or constant mental warfare, Pastor Walter calls believers to surrender fully to God and stop trying to control outcomes themselves.     Surrender | The Path To Faith

    Many believers desire freedom, power, and true faith, yet remain trapped in cycles of striving, self-effort, and frustration. The path to faith begins where self ends.     01 Ye Resist Not Evil

    In our journey of transformation, we often try to deal with the evils within us by instinctively confronting the wrong desires, false thoughts, as well as the negative emotions they stir up within us. Yet this approach often leaves us struggling even more with these evils, rather than truly overcoming them. But there is a better way: do not resist evil. In this message, “Ye Resist Not Evil,” Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the deeper meaning of the principle “an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.” He points out how we often err in our instinctive response to evil desires, falsehoods and negative emotions that arise within us. Highlighting the dangers of confronting evil from ourselves, he presents the Lord’s way to overcoming evils and emphasises that our battle is to not resist evil, but to turn away from it and not yield to it.     02 The Lord As The Way

    The greatest struggle of man is not in knowing what to do or what he must become. All men have a good appreciation of this because the scriptures show us this, but the struggle is in the feeling of inadequacy. That we do not have what it takes to become what God says we can become, and those who have been able to achieve it are somewhat special.  In this message titled “The Lord as the Way - Part 2”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter highlights the difference between believing in God and believing in Jesus, emphasizing that while many acknowledge God, they struggle to trust Jesus (the Divine human) as the source of grace, strength, and ability needed to live out God’s will. He confronts self-doubt and the habit of disqualifying oneself, explaining that everything we lack—faith, discipline, wisdom, and perseverance—is fully supplied in Christ.     01 The Lord As The Way

    God is able and always willing to help, deliver, and give us His peace in the midst of life’s chaos. Yet we still struggle to access His help—not because He is absent, but because we are unable to access Him and take advantage of what He has already made available. So, what is hindering our access to God, and how can we gain access to Him? In this message titled “The Lord As The Way - Part 1,” Pastor Jeffrey explains the believer’s relationship with God and how we should respond to His commands. He addresses common misconceptions that distort our view of this relationship and how we approach Him, emphasising the need of knowing who He truly is. He further sheds light on the meaning of Jesus’ words, “I go to prepare a place for you,” presenting the eternal pathway by which we can access Him. He explains why this path often feels challenging and how it can be practically pursued, affirming it as the sure way to God.
