    Relationship, Reflection and Getting over Toxic situations

    Young Adult relationships are moving across multiple phases and brining in the need to self reflect and grow in ways one can not alone. Using this tire frame of reflection, acknowledging the childhood archetypes, highlighting the core wounds on the polarities (not gender specific) and working along maintaining a completable strike within ourselves, awareness over the roles while isolating t]from that identity.  Navigating through Dysfunctionality and moving out of toxic relationships are addressed on a very personal scale focussing on the self and developing a mature outlook through the pain is addressed through the episode.  The things we all know but are reluctant to admit even to ourselves, bringing a light of discussion over this safe space for all of us.
