    Alice in Wonderland #18 | The Lobster Quadrille

    In this episode Alice talked with Mock Turtle and the Gryphon about a dance called Lobster Quadrille. Quadrille is a popular dance form in 19th century. A Lobster Quadrille will be a dance formed by lobsters, and according to the Mock Turtle it can be enjoyed by other sea animals too - what are they? Listen to this episode to find out. We will experience many of the author's word games in this chapter. For example, Lewis Carroll is making connection between the words of "purpose" and "porpoise", and "whiting" and "blacking," as well as the word "sole's" double meaning. Can you identify them? What new words you can learn from this episode that describes emotions?
