    Confidence Meditation

    In this episode I'll be sharing a meditation that I channeled. First releasing thoughts of unworthiness, insecurites, comments about ourselves, etc. Then going into the meditation, affirming self confidence, love, being confident in our words, our power, etc. I channeled this in hopes of helping someone feeling unconfident in a moment and redirecting that into positive energy. Listen to this whenever you like- in a pinch and on the way to somewhere, in the middle of selfloathing time, or even daily.  I love you all very much! I'm happy to be back after taking a little while off. I missed you! I just couldn't post and record when I was feeling off. I needed to realign and get back with it. So here I am!     26 Things I've Learned Before Turning 26

    In this episode I'll be sharing with you what I've learned being 26 years old! 26 has been the most incredible year of my life! A year full of healing, growth, and joy. I am so grateful to be turning 27. Most of my 20's I dread turning 27 because it was my "freak out age".
