    Our Faces, Our Voices, Part Two: Turning Voice into Vision explores what happens after stories are shared. Drawing from more than forty conversations, BLAC examines how listening becomes action, how insight becomes structure, and how belonging is sustained over time. Grounded in the Narrative Intelligence Model, this chapter centers human experience while using technology with intention.     Belonging begins with listening. Our Faces, Our Voices is BLAC’s new storytelling and research series exploring how identity, access, and community shape learning and leadership. Through more than forty recorded conversations, participants share what it means to be seen, supported, and sustained within institutions still learning how to listen. Part One, Where Belonging Begins, centers the voices of Black,Indigenous, and People of Color who reveal how belonging is built through care, mentorship, and courage — often in spaces where it had to be created from the ground up.
