There are dark sides to almost every career field, especially as young adults taking leadership positions. He talks about how he sees it as a "double-edged sword", but why it's important to stand your ground and show why you belong.  Being a DC resident, Bang spent some time on the streets during the protests and talks about his experiences seeing everything firsthand.
