    Episode 7: Degrassi GOES TOO FAR

    That's right, faithful Degrassi listener-fans. We have arrived at the number one most traumatic Degrassi moment. The episode? "Rock this Town." SPOILER: The episode DOES NOT in fact, rock. We talk about this most tragic turn of events, the lackluster acting debut of Nina Dobrev, how Shenae Grimes didn't understand internet privacy and the start of the Degrassi v. Lakehurst rivalry. There is a LOT to unpack here, and Mary and Molly sort of lose their sanity in the process. Thank goodness we have a Buzzfeed quiz to lighten the mood.     Episode 6: Baby Drake Gets Shot (!) and Other Traumatizing Moments

    Grab your comfort food and a blankie, Mary and Molly are covering a couple of the sadder plot twists of Degrassi this week. Seasons 3 and 4 brought a lot of heart to our favorite Canadian teen drama in addition to arguably the pinnacle of Drake's acting career. We are here to hate on Rick, celebrate Queen Terri MacGregor and the bravery of Paige Michalchuk. Emma Nelson still hasn't learned her lesson about snooping on the internet, Marco Del Rossi brings us an incredible, complex coming out story, Manny Santos has a plot line SO Controversial, the episode didn't air in the US AND we learn the truth behind Ellie Nash's fashionable arm warmers. These are the raw, uncensored thoughts of two college kids that haven't been seen in almost a decade. Mary and Molly laugh at their former selves and marvel at some of the wisdom buried under all that young adult angst. Definitely the best episode yet.
