So kung iyong unang part focused on the things that hurts us, ito naman yung way namin ng pag harap sa mga sakit na 'yon.  Iba't-iba ang way natin ng pagharap sa mga nararamdaman natin, dahil aminin naman natin o hindi, malaking epekto ang naibibigay saatin ng sarili nating mga emosyon. Napag tanto namin na may mga pamamaraan tayo ng pagharap sa mga emosyon na iyon na minsan ay nakasasama saatin. In this episode we tackle the healthy and unhealthy ways of coping with pain caused by someone we value, and we know that many of us will relate to our way of coping that we hope one day if nag fafall ka sa mga unhealthy ways ay maitama na 'yon.
