    THS EP2: IT'S TIME TO TAKE INVENTORY

    Welcome to the Tech | Heart | Soul podcast where we curate conscious conversations for tech and corporate professionals. I am 100% convinced that the most advanced intelligent technology is the human being. And when we can tap into that inner technology, we can create the kind of physical and digital world that aligns with our soul's mission. In this episode we talk about what it means to really take INVENTORY. We are all the culmination of thousands of years of human development existing in one moment. And just like every organization has to take inventory of their assets in order to meet and comply with regulatory standards, so it is with the human organism. When we take the pause to do inventory, we allow ourselves to be the executive decision maker of who we are going to be and how we are going to show up in the day-to-day. An inventory of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, reactions and responses must be done so that we'll know what we have mastery of and what is still in place that either needs to be buried/discarded of for good or breathed into to bring back to life. When we practice this level of self awareness we get one step closer to manifesting the version of us that aligns with our purpose.
